Where We Are Located
We are located in Newport, Oregon, a small oceanside town of 10,400 people. Newport’s main industries are fishing and tourism. There are active arts, music and theater groups.
Our community is on a small hill overlooking Agate Beach Wayside and is bounded on three sides by trees and canyons. We are visited by deer, raccoons, rabbits, squirrels and a vast variety of birds. Despite our rural atmosphere, we are close enough to walk to the beach or into town.
Directions from Lincoln City:
Take Highway 101 south past Yaquina Head Lighthouse Road and the golf course. Look for milepost 138. Just before you get to the bottom of the long slope, turn left onto 31st street. A signpost on the right points to 32nd Street and Big Creek Road. On the left, you’ll see Pacific Homes Beach Club and the entry gate. During daylight hours the gate is open.
Directions from Newport:
Take Highway 101 north. The road will narrow as you pass Wal-Mart on the left. Turn right at the next road on your right, 31st street. As you turn, you will see the Pacific Homes Beach Club sign and entry gate. During daylight hours the gate is open.
